The end customer is a well-established player within innovative complementary medicines in Australia, marketing and selling a targeted product range, combining nutrients, herbal, and other ingredients. It is a leading supplier of traditional remedies which are available in over five thousand pharmacies and health food stores across Australia. Their focus is on mums' and children´s health solutions. The end customer uses the elderberry ingredients from Eevia in new liquid nutraceutical formulations.
Eevia Health Plc is a leading health ingredient manufacturer from Finland and is currently the largest manufacturer of elderberry extract in the world. The brand holder chose the Eevia extract Feno-Sambucus™ because it has a better nutritional composition compared to competitors due to Eevia's purification technology. For the same reason, Eevia offers a better taste profile and solubility. The order is related to the launch of new products by the brand owner. Eevia expects repeat orders in the future.
